Pricing Philosophy
Sortify should be easy to try, easy to understand, and clearly more valuable as your workspace becomes more collaborative and operationally important.
The best Sortify pricing story is not "pay for inventory records." It is:
Pay for less searching, better coordination, stronger privacy posture, and a shared memory system that keeps real spaces organized.
All prices are in EUR (€). Applicable VAT or taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I hit the Free plan limits? Sortify will prompt you to upgrade. You won't lose existing data — you just won't be able to add more until you upgrade or reduce usage within the free limits.
Can I switch plans at any time? Where subscription checkout is enabled, you can upgrade or downgrade through the available billing channel. If your usage exceeds a lower plan's limits, restricted operations may remain unavailable until usage is reduced or the higher entitlement is restored.
Do you offer annual billing? Published prices are monthly. Check the active checkout channel or enterprise agreement for available billing periods.
Is there a family plan? Premium or Gold are the best family options depending on workspace count. Platinum is available if the family wants Sortify Cloud instead of provider-based collaboration.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or academic institutions? We are open to discussing discounted or custom arrangements for non-profit and academic institutions. Contact [email protected].
What payment methods are accepted? Payment methods depend on the enabled billing channel and market. Enterprise customers may use invoicing, purchase orders, or another agreed commercial arrangement. Google pay and Apple pay is supported
Can I use Sortify for free permanently? Yes. The Free plan is a permanent tier — not a trial. It covers many everyday use cases indefinitely.
What happens to my data if I cancel? Your data stays on your device and in your cloud storage. Cancelling reverts your account to Free plan limits. A grace period applies before usage above free limits is restricted.
Is there a refund policy? Refund handling follows the billing provider, commercial agreement, and applicable consumer protection law. Contact [email protected] for billing questions.
Availability Notes
- Plan enforcement is implemented through account entitlements and workspace/item limit checks.
- Sortify Cloud and Enterprise workspace creation is locked unless the required entitlement or authorized test override is present.
- Public checkout availability can vary by platform, market, release, and organization agreement.
- Enterprise limits, support levels, and invoicing can be defined by a separate commercial agreement.
